Urgent: Refund Request - Hobby Plan Upgrade - Account:

Dear ClawCloud Support Team,

I am writing to request an immediate refund for my Hobby Plan subscription ($5) which I purchased on January 13, 2026.

Right after upgrading, I received an announcement stating that the Devbox service will be discontinued on January 15, 2026. This means I can only use the service for less than 2 days. Furthermore, my newly created Devboxes have been stuck in "Pending/Unhealthy" status since the upgrade, making it impossible to use the resources I paid for.

Since the service is closing and I cannot utilize the Hobby plan features (16 vCPU / 32GB RAM), I request a full refund of $5 to my original payment method.

Attached are the screenshots of my pending Devboxes and the upgrade confirmation.

I just upgraded to the Hobby Plan ($5/month) today (Jan 13), but then received an email saying the service will end on Jan 15. Currently, all my Devboxes are stuck in "Pending" status and I cannot use them. I want a full refund for this upgrade as the service is no longer provided as committed.
