I'm a student user. I purchased your service last Aug but forgot to cancel auto-renewal. Here are the unauthorized charges for months I never logged in or used the service:
· Sep–Dec 2023: 4 months × 5 USD = 20 USD
· Jan 2024: 2 USD
· Mar 2024: 2 USD
· Total: 24 USD
(Feb was not charged, possibly due to insufficient balance.)
I've already canceled the subscription. As a student, this money matters a lot to me. I kindly request a full refund of 24 USD for these completely unused months.
