I subscribed to the Hobby plan on March 12, 2026, and paid $18 via Alipay (the order number can be found in the downloaded invoice). This subscription was not my intention, and the system directly enabled auto-debit payment for me without my explicit consent during the process. Moreover, there was no reminder at the time of subscription that the plan could not be canceled or refunded. However, I cannot find any refund entry now, and I am even restricted from canceling the subscription, which constitutes an unfair transaction.
In accordance with relevant consumer protection regulations and the principle of fair trade, I demand a full refund of this payment. Please process this request as soon as possible and inform me of the expected refund arrival time.
