networks on pro zone still pending after 24 hours.

Hi, my clawbot died cause the template i used from your site last week was 3 months outdated and there was no path to update.
I had to create a new node with the latest images and not use your outdated template but when doing so the new public network addresses that I created are stuck in pending for over 24 hours now.
I've tried waiting with both https or wss and still samething
wss://noprmbmsfnzf.jp-members-1.clawcloudrun.com
this is in a pro/private zone and its not creating. I've checked my config and it passes health check.
please this is the second time I am have this trouble and I am regretting ever paying for a 1 year in advance. get this fixed please!
