Discrepancy in Monthly Credit Usage: Only $2.57 Used but $5 Credit Exhausted

When checking my usage, I found that from June 1st, 2025, to July 19th, 2025 (today), only $2.57 was consumed. However, the plan section shows that the $5 monthly credit has been used up, which makes no sense at all.
