How to solve the problem that I accidentally deleted my account and then logged in with an error?

I accidentally deleted of my claw cloud account, and then when I tried to log in to claw cloud on GitHub, I kept getting an error, how should I recover my account, or how long will it take to re-register?
And there is a problem with claw cloud, and the deleted APP continues to appear in my billing, but I don't know how to solve it now that my account is gone.
