ClawCloudRun Support Failing Paid Users - Escalation Needed

I'm expressing my serious concerns about the current level of service. For months, I've observed a lack of adequate support, even for paid users. While I understand there can be initial challenges during a rollout, the continued lack of support is damaging ClawCloudRun's reputation. If this situation persists, I fear subscribers will begin to leave the platform.

same here, i've upgraded the to Hobby&Pro, nothing changed, this is the worst scam I've ever seen.
