I'm unable to upgrade Docker images in production.
"latest" tag issue: Images tagged as latest refuse to update. Pushed 5+ new builds since May, but deployments still pull stale old versions.
Versioned tag issue: When forcing deployments using new explicit version tags (e.g., v1.2.3), pods crash-loop immediately and won’t start.
Need urgent resolution — both upgrade paths are broken. No existing systems are affected except new deployments.
