The product breaks down every single day, and you can’t get ahold of a single support rep. What the hell is going on?

My mysql service crashed again. I am crazy. Is there anyone who can operate this system?This happened twice in just a few days. I am ready to migrate the service.

Completely untrustworthy. They won’t even answer emails. Who’d dare deploy anything with them?
