Request Refund – Hobby Plan Activated but Services Cannot Start

Dear Support Team,

I have already subscribed to the Hobby Plan, but my services are still not functioning properly.
Here are the issues I am facing:

My original container cannot start even after the plan was activated.

Creating a new container also fails — it remains stuck in the Creating state and never becomes Running.

I am unable to use any of the resources that the Hobby Plan is supposed to provide.

Since I cannot start or use any services under the current plan, I kindly request a full refund for the Hobby Plan subscription.

Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
